These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Roofilio ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Lead routing services
Roofilio provides roofing contractor discovery, homeowner call routing, contractor trials, and featured placement subscriptions. Contractors are responsible for licensing, service quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Roofilio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own roofing business or homeowner matching needs. You may not resell routing access as a competing product.
No warranty
Routing, lead volume, and call quality are provided "as is". We do not guarantee a specific number of calls, booked jobs, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofilio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
